How does the delivery and pickup service work?

We deliver your gear directly to your accommodation or preferred spot in Tarifa at a scheduled time. Once your rental period is over, we’ll arrange a convenient pickup.

We offer a wide range of Duotone gear that performs well in various wind strengths. If the forecast changes or you’d like to try a different setup, just let us know.

As long as availability allows, we’ll arrange gear swaps or gear tests during your rental period—ensuring you always have the right equipment for the conditions.

Yes, we require a security deposit to protect against accidental damage or loss.

We’ll refund the deposit in full upon gear return, provided everything is alright.

Our gear is built to withstand heavy use, but accidents can happen. If you notice any damage, please let us know right away.

  • In case of a damage, we have world class repair shops here in Tarifa and will do our very best to ensure the best deal possible for gear repairs. Repair costs have to be covered by you though.
  • In case of a total loss of the gear or parts of the gear, we will require a full reimbursement.

We’ll always discuss any steps or solutions with you and find the best possible way to solve any situation positively for everybody.

We require

  • the full fee to be paid upfront or at gear delivery.
  • The deposit as stated at checkout.
  • Copy of ID or passport
  • Signed rental agreement.
